We recommend that you play only one account per device and that you link your Plague of Z account to a unique Game Center, Google or Facebook account of your own. If you load multiple accounts on a single device, you may lose access to one or more of the accounts in the process. If you've lost your account and can't use Game Center, Google or Facebook to recover it, send us an in-game message via Customer Support. That will assure we have all the necessary data to make the recovering process as quick as possible. Please include the following information in the message, so that we can locate your account:
·Exact account ID of your lost account (in case you've forgotten, click on the 'Three Dots' icon, select 'Friends', go to the 'Recommended' tab and search for your name. It should show the digits of your account);
·Create a new account on the same server as your lost one, link it to Facebook/Google/Game Center, take note of its account ID and send it to us.
·For lost VIP 14 or higher accounts, a purchase receipt showing the order ID (iOS) or GPA number (Google).
For security reasons, we may need to get back to you with additional questions about your account.
