The system would notify you via in-game pop up that you successfully purchase the package with the package content details of what you are going to receive. If this notification didn't appear, please check your inventory because this stuff would automatically be added to your current items.
There are two ways for you to check the status of your package order :
• Please check if you receive the invoice or receipt in your email.
• You can go to your Purchase History on your device ( Google, Apple, or Amazon).
If the transaction is still pending, please contact your platform since the order didn't go through and billing is being handled by our third-party platforms (Goggle, Apple, Amazon).
If you still haven't received the package, please contact our customer support and provide us the screenshot of your receipt from Goggle, Apple, or Amazon.
